苹果多点触控专利的真相

        苹果（Apple）公司于2009年1月获得一项基于多点触摸的美国专利，该专利名称为“触摸屏设备、方法以及用试探法决定指令的图形用户界面（Touch screen device, method, and graphical user interface for determining commands by applying heuristics）”，专利号为7479949。这项专利涵盖了多点触摸及所有在苹果iPhone中使用到的手势(滑动、捏、旋转等)。应用于iPhone上的该项技术可通过两根手指分开或者收拢可放大和缩小图片，效果非常酷，操作简单而且富有趣味性。

         该项专利为苹果公司在“多点触摸”技术上的延续。事实上，苹果公司早在2005年就基于多点触摸技术而提起了一项国际专利申请PCT/US2005/014364，进入中国的专利申请号为200580011740.4，其说明书摘要为：一种具有透明传感介质的触摸面板,其用于检测触摸面板上在不同位置处同时发生的多点触摸或邻近触摸,并且为多点触摸中的每点触摸产生表示了触摸面板上触摸位置的不同信号。 但该专利在中国尚未授权。

        该项国际专利进入美国的序列号为840862，公开号为20060097991A1，英文摘要为：A touch panel having a transparent capacitive sensing medium configured to detect multiple touches or near touches that occur at the same time and at distinct locations in the plane of the touch panel and to produce distinct signals representative of the location of the touches on the plane of the touch panel for each of the multiple touches is disclosed.  该美国专利同样未授权。
